A free pattern from here, she meant it as a redwork embroidery but I’m not feeling it so I’m doing it in gray. I just bought some Mrs. March from Lecien that would go nicely with this. And that’s all I did on Sunday!

Another promised quilt, done! I used Heather Ross’ Mendocino fabrics in pinks and oranges and strip pieced it in big pieces. It’s all wrinkled, soft, and pink, just like a baby girl. Here’s a shot of the whole quilt.

Look at what I got in the mail today… a handmade bias binding that I won from Amy! Thanks so much Amy, I love love it. I want to pair it with some dark gray denim or babycord to make a kimono dress once the dress version of her pattern is ready.
